The TCOLA (A Technology-based Colorectal Cancer Support Program for Asian American Women) study is a study on cancer survivorship of Asian American women’s colorectal cancer survivors.
1) Asian American women in the U.S. aged 21 years and older who have had a colorectal cancer diagnosis in the past 5 years.
2) Can read and write English, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, or Japanese.
3) Have access to the Internet through computers or mobile devices (smart phones and tablets).
4) Those who identify themselves as Chinese, Korean, or Japanese.
Eligible participants who agree to join the study will be randomly assigned to two groups. Depending on their assigned groups, each participant will ask to 1) use the educational information, or 2) participate in the online forum and 1:1 coaching/support program for three months. Participants will be asked to complete a questionnaire three times. After the program is finished, each participant will receive a $ 50 reimbursement.
