    The Nippon Club is thrilled to welcome Chef Suzanne Cupps, the Executive Chef of Untitled at the Whitney Museum for our 4th Chef Collaboration event!

    Enjoy the special course menu prepared by Chef Suzanne and Chef Yasuoka exclusively for this event! Dished are accompanied with Sake from Kikusui – one of the best Sake breweries in Niigata.

    Suzanne Cupps
    Untitled, Executive Chef

    Born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina. After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in 2005, she began her culinary career at Gramercy Tavern, under Chef Mike Anthony. After 3 years at Anita Lo’s restaurant, Annisa, she returned to Gramercy Tavern as a line cook. Suzanne held the position of Untitled’s Chef de Cuisine under Michael Anthony, then Executive Chef in 2017.
