Untitled, Executive Chef
Born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina. After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in 2005, she began her culinary career at Gramercy Tavern, under Chef Mike Anthony. After 3 years at Anita Lo’s restaurant, Annisa, she returned to Gramercy Tavern as a line cook. Suzanne held the position of Untitled’s Chef de Cuisine under Michael Anthony, then Executive Chef in 2017.
